This was a great space to work with in Port Coquitlam. It went on the market early spring so we used bright, fun colours throughout to help potential buyers feel the optimism of longer, brighter days to come. The condo had very neutral finishes so it was easy to enhance the feel with contemporary furnishings and accessories. The result: Sold before the open house for over asking price!
